Mr Kolar has nearly 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, with his primary drive and passion stemming from the belief that the patient experience can always be improved. He has sought to do this by broadening his exposure in multiple plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery centres across the world and adding to the knowledge basis by completing both an MD & PhD in Sweden, utilising fat and dental treatments to aid regeneration, making him one of a handful in the country with this level of expertise.

His love for cosmetic surgery stems from an early passion for art at school, in multiple media in combination with its application in medicine. He has sought out practical experience with the best minds and hands in cosmetic surgery from across the world, with the aim of amalgamating the techniques from each surgeon to provide the best quality of care he can for his patients. This resulted in him visiting centres in the US, UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Germany, Lebanon & India.

He dedicated time to focus on facial plastic surgery any opportunity to visit other surgeons and units in Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK & Lebanon.

He has published over 10 international publications and presented over 30 times all across the world based on the breadth of plastic surgery.

Having worked for many years in the NHS which allowed him to consolidate the wealth of knowledge and experience. He has now set up his own private practice and built a centre of excellence for cosmetic plastic surgery.

Mr. Chris Munson

Mr Munson is a Consultant Oncoplastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon specialising in cosmetic plastic surgery and breast reconstruction. He graduated from the Brighton and Sussex Medical School with distinction in 2009. He undertook his initial post-graduate training in Scotland, including a fellowship at the world famous Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit in Glasgow. He completed his specialist plastic surgery training in Yorkshire in 2022.

He offers specialist cosmetic surgery of the body and breast including breast reduction, augmentation, uplift, implant revision, fat grafting, and body contouring including arm lift, thigh lift, mummy makeover surgery, tummy tuck and liposuction. He also offers breast reconstruction following cancer surgery.

Mr Munson is one of only a few plastic surgeons in the UK to be dual-fellowship trained in both breast cancer surgery and reconstruction. He undertook a prestigious nationally appointed oncoplastic breast surgery fellowship in Europe’s largest breast unit in Manchester, the world-renowned Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Nightingale Centre. This was followed by a further microsurgical fellowship in breast reconstruction, again in Manchester.

He was appointed as a consultant plastic surgeon in the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust in 2022 and runs a specialist breast reconstruction service with patients referred from right across the North of England for all aspects of breast reconstruction and cosmetic breast surgery.

Mr Munson is a highly experienced educator. He runs his own highly successful plastic surgery course for junior doctors as well as acting as an invited faculty member for a range of breast reconstruction and microsurgery courses. He holds the position of honorary senior lecturer at the University of Leeds Medical School. Other roles include that of an exam writer for the Royal College of Surgeons and interviewer for nationally appointed training posts and fellowships.

With over a decade of experience in plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetics, Mr Andrew Kilshaw is a highly regarded Consultant Plastic Surgeon providing expert care in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He began his surgical training in 2014 and developed a parallel interest in aesthetics from 2016, bringing a broad and balanced skill set to every patient encounter. Uniquely dual-trained in plastic and oncoplastic breast surgery, Mr Kilshaw is among a small number of UK surgeons able to deliver a fully integrated approach to aesthetic and oncological breast care. He is recognised for his focus on natural results, patient safety, and truly personalised treatment throughout each stage of the surgical journey.

Mr Kilshaw graduated from Newcastle University in 2012 with an MBBS, having previously completed a master’s degree in Clinical Education (MClinEd) in 2011—reflecting his commitment to teaching and mentoring future clinicians. He undertook his registrar training in the Yorkshire region between 2016 and 2023. His advanced subspecialty training includes a prestigious TIG Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Fellowship (2023–2024) and a Breast Microsurgery Fellowship at Leeds Teaching Hospitals (2022–2023), which honed his expertise in complex breast reconstruction and cancer care. He further refined his aesthetic surgery skills through a British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) mentorship, focusing on facial aesthetics, body contouring, and breast enhancement.

In 2024, he was appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Leeds General Infirmary, where his NHS practice centres on breast cancer reconstruction and skin cancer surgery, and he serves as a core member of the Melanoma Multidisciplinary Team. Mr Kilshaw is widely published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks, and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences, including recent presentations in Lisbon and Dubai. His scholarly contributions include a chapter in 50 Landmark Papers All Breast Surgeons Should Know, a respected reference in the field of oncoplastic breast surgery.

He is an active member of several leading professional organisations, including the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), and the Association of Breast Surgery (ABS). Mr. Anwar has been working as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, Burns and Hand Surgeon at Pinderfields General Hospital since 2010. During that time, he proceeded to the Birmingham Hand Centre in 2011 for a one-year Fellowship in Hand, Wrist and Microvascular Reconstruction.

Mr. Anwar specialises in hand surgery at Kliniken in particular. This would include carpal tunnel surgery, cubital tunnel surgery, tenosynovitis, surgery and enzymatic treatment for Dupuytren’s disease, arthritis, arthroplasties/joint replacements, ganglion removal, trigger finger treatment, joint injections, skin cancer, soft tissue tumours, scar revisions and burns scars.

Mr. Akhtar graduated in 2001 and after initially completing his training in general surgery, further pursued his long-standing passion of subspecialty plastic surgery training in the UK. He was trained in West Yorkshire Plastic Surgery units, including the prestigious Leeds Teaching Hospitals, working with some of the best in the country.

He is currently working as a Consultant in Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Trust since 2018. His specialist interest is in hand and skin cancer surgery and also provides perineal and vaginal reconstructive support to the colorectal team in his hospital.

Outside work, he has a keen interest in tennis and plays for his local club and takes part in Yorkshire league competitions.

Mr. Stefan Niculescu is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. He specialises in hip and knee surgery offering a whole array of treatment procedures from joint preservation to joint replacement and revision joint replacement.

He has a particular interest in complex hip and knee pathology.
