We were greeted very warmly and immediately offered coffee etc. The clinic is very modern and comfortable. Mr Kolar put me at ease and explained my procedure in great detail. I was given the opportunity to think about it, but I also had the chance to have the procedure done there and then, which I chose to do. It was all done quickly and calmly and we chatted throughout.I received a follow-up call the following day to make sure all was well. An appointment had been made for the following week, and once again we were greeted with the offer of a hot drink. Even though we were early I was seen straight away. Basically I was very happy with my treatment and pleased with the outcome.

After many years and many hours spent on the internet researching Deep Plane Face and Necklift I knew that was the only surgery I wanted but finding a surgeon that actually does perform this operation - not their variation of it - proved difficult. I booked with a clinic in London though I very much wanted one nearer home I thought that was my only option. Then something came up on social media about Kliniken in Harrogate and I decided I would go for an initial consultation, thank goodness I did as I found exactly what I was looking for!! No hard sell from my consultant Mr Kolar just fact based information and I knew that this was the surgeon I wanted to carry out my procedure. I immediately felt welcome and wasn't rushed to commit though I knew within the first few minutes my search had ended!! The clinic is tucked away in the country outside of the main town and there's a definite air of relaxation from the moment you step inside. I gave myself several months as I wanted to make sure no pressing matters other than looking after myself both before and after. So I'm just over three weeks post op and I couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish.

The setting is amazing, calm, with easy access and parking. The whole team is focused on your well being and inspires confidence. The care is excellent from reception, consultation, procedure, to post operative and follow up. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you Kliniken!

I cannot thank the team at Kliniken and Dr Kolar enough. My ears have always been a huge insecurity, and getting them pinned back was something I had wanted to do for a long time.
Mr Kolar explained the procedure in detail throughout consultations, and the surgery went very smoothly. Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming, especially Madeleine and Davide who have answered any queries.
I am so happy with my ears now after the otoplasty, and this is all thanks to Dr Kolar and the Kliniken team. I highly recommend them!

What a pleasure it has been getting to know Mallappa Kolar and the entire staff working within Kliniken. Mallappa has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable, which relaxed me, straightaway. At the initial consultation. Malappa fully explained the Ultra Pulse CO2 laser process to me, showing me detailed pictures of before, during and after treatment. So, I was fully aware of what to expect.

On the day of my treatment, and whilst having my surgery, Malappa and the team put me completely at ease. The care and attention I received was exemplary.

Following my treatment, the aftercare I would receive was thoroughly explained to me and delivered to specification - with regular follow up calls from the team to check on my progress and wellbeing, which I found to be very reassuring.

A month on from my surgery, and I can honestly say Mallappa did an excellent job from the beginning to the very end, and I highly recommend this treatment.

I am so happy with the results and have since received many compliments on my appearance and how fresh my skin looks! I can certainly see a difference. I am 62 years old, and I have been told that I look at least ten years younger! I am so pleased!
